  • Reduced the acquisition price of a restaurant chain by RM2.5 million through a scheme not known to the purchaser earlier;
  • Reclaimed over RM2 million in over-assessed taxes when we carried out a Tax Efficiency Audit on a company which was not our client;
  • Saved over RM100,000 in stamp duties when we reviewed the listing scheme furnished by a consultant;
