Michael is the Partner in charge of the Kota Kinabalu and Labuan offices. He has over 30 years of working experience in corporate finance, auditing, accounting, taxation, insolvency and consultancy. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (formerly Malaysian Institute of Taxation) (CTIM), the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) and a fellow of CPA Australia. Michael is the immediate past Branch Chairman of CTIM, Sabah.
Michael was appointed Justice of the Peace by the Sabah State Governor in 1996.
