Eddy Chan is the Partner in charge of the Penang office. He handles a wide range of assignments like audits, corporate exercises including initial public offerings, due diligence reviews and accountancy, secretarial and management consultancy assignments, covering a wide diversity of clients, both in terms of size and industries. These include public listed companies, statutory bodies, subsidiaries and branches of multinational corporations.
He has also been involved in resolving tax investigations and tax field audits. Eddy also worked as a Group Accountant in a public listed company, where he handled corporate exercises and other commercial matters.
