Kien Hoe heads the Corporate Advisory department of Crowe Horwath Kuala Lumpur. He has been extensively involved in the flotation exercises of a number of companies on the Main and ACE market of Bursa Malaysia. In addition, he was involved in cross border listings such as the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of London Stock Exchange, UK. Kien Hoe was also appointed as a Special Administrator by Danaharta (Malaysia’s asset management company) to oversee the administration of financially-troubled companies.

He currently sits as an independent non-executive director of four public listed companies. Kien Hoe has also been a member of the ACCA Malaysia Public Practice Committee since 2006. He has previously served as an examiner for the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and was a member of the MASB Interpretation Committee. He is also a practicing member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
