Pauline has 13 years experience in corporate banking and corporate finance. She has provided services to medium sized private companies and large public listed companies in manufacturing, construction, retailing, property development, oil palm plantation and utilities such as water and toll roads.
Her experience in corporate advisory includes initial public offerings, corporate restructuring exercises, mergers and acquisitions, reverse-takeovers, debt restructuring schemes, fund raising exercises, valuation exercises, feasibility reviews, financial turnarounds, valuation of infrastructure projects and non-performing loans reviews. Pauline was also involved in various insolvency administrations. She has successfully administered the affairs of more than 50 companies in Malaysia, particularly those that experienced insolvency problems as well as managed the voluntary administrations of manufacturing companies. She is also an Investment Representative under the Securities Industry Act, 1983.
